May 25th- Annual Alumni Hog Roast Fundraiser starting at 11am at the Lucas Community Theater!! Roast Hog with all the fixing, including some delicious baked beans. Also Homemade Ice Cream!!!
June 1st- Russell County Relay For Life!!! Community Tailgate BBQ for Relay For Life starting at 5pm at the Russell High School!! Feed the whole family for $20!! Following the BBQ, Come and Join all of the activities that Relay For Life has planned!! Come One Come All!!
June 1st-2nd- FREE Fishing Days!! Residents and visitors can enjoy two days of free fishing at Wilson Lake!! No fishing license will be required!!
June 4th- What's Up in Russell Coffee at the Russell County Fire District #5 Russell/Ellsworth County Emergency Management Office at 850 Elm Street in Bunker Hill, KS starting at 8:15am!!
June 6th- Ribbon Cutting at Angels Care Home Health from 4-7pm at their new location on Main Street!!!
